Позиция российских экспертов по междисциплинарной оценке дисморфического расстройства и телесно-направленного повторяющегося поведения как части нарушений обсессивно-компульсивного спектра

Аннотация

В статье представлены актуальные данные о распространенности, клинической структуре, взаимосвязи с обсессивно-компульсивным расстройством, диагностике и терапии дисморфического расстройства и телесно-направленного повторяющегося поведения. Критически проанализированы современные тенденции по расширению диагностики обсессивно-компульсивного расстройства, сужению границ диагностики
расстройств бредового регистра, отграничению обсессивно-компульсивного расстройства от бреда. На моделях дисморфического расстройства и телесно-направленного повторяющегося поведения показана их высокая значимость для здоровья популяции, существенная распространенность, трудности диагностики, а также недостаточная разработанность подходов к терапии. На основании представленных данных
предложены рекомендации по улучшению ведения пациентов с двумя обсуждаемыми диагнозами.
