Стратегии снижения уровня антигенной нагрузки пищевых агентов у пациентов с расстройствами аутистического спектра

Аннотация

Разработка подходов к терапии расстройств аутистического спектра (РАС) как к полиэтиологичной и гетерогенной группе нарушений нейропсихического развития является весьма актуальной и непростой задачей. В соответствии с современными представлениями в патогенез РАС вовлечены различные органы и системы организма, что определяет необходимость комплексного подхода с использованием различных терапевтических инструментов, воздействие каждого из которых направлено на звенья системной иммунометаболической дисфункции. Настоящий обзор посвящен рассмотрению стратегий, связанных с диетами, которые ограничивают поступление в организм тех или иных пищевых антигенов для снижения совокупной антигенной нагрузки и уровня воспаления, используемых в комплексной терапии пациентов с РАС.
