Применение карипразина для терапии депрессивных расстройств

Аннотация

Актуальность. Депрессивные расстройства входят в число наиболее распространенных психических расстройств и служат основной причиной инвалидности во всем мире, снижая качество жизни и повышая частоту суицидальных попыток и общую смертность в популяции. Результаты исследований свидетельствуют о том, что только одна треть пациентов достигает ремиссии при терапии этих расстройств антидепрессантами и нормотимиками. Этим обусловлено использование атипичных антипсихотиков для терапии депрессивных расстройств.

Цель — проанализировать современные данные об эффективности применения карипразина для терапии депрессивных расстройств.

Методы. Поиск полнотекстовых статей, опубликованных с 01.11.2019 по 01.11.2024, проведен в базах данных PubMed, eLIBRARY.RU, Google Scholar.

Результаты. В данном обзоре проанализированы и обобщены результаты исследований, посвященные применению карипразина для терапии большого депрессивного расстройства и депрессивного эпизода при биполярном аффективном расстройстве. Согласно результатам исследований, карипразин значимо превосходил плацебо в терапии биполярной депрессии, в том числе резистентной, уменьшал тревогу и не вызывал инверсии фазы. Добавление карипразина к антидепрессивной терапии при большом депрессивном расстройстве позволяло достичь клинического ответа и ремиссии, в том числе у пациентов, резистентных к терапии. Доза карипразина 1,5 мг/сут для терапии депрессивных расстройств была более эффективна, чем доза 3 мг/сут и выше.

Заключение. Таким образом, карипразин является эффективным препаратом для терапии депрессивных расстройств.
