Abstract

Article is devoted by the to analysis of a clinical case of the bipolar affective disorder patient treated with olanzapinе and developed MNS. The algorithm of diagnostics and differential diagnostics
and approaches to therapy are described, the efficiency of use of EST is shown. Also describes the state of the problems with the analysis of modern publications.
