The review examines the main ideas about the bioavailability and bioequivalence of drugs, as well as various aspects related to the practical use of orally disintegratable forms of psychotropic
drugs, their disadvantages, advantages, features of pharmacokinetics and biotransformation. The issues of the impact of this method of administration of drugs on compliance and the
effectiveness of therapy in general, using the results of clinical studies and statistical modeling, are highlighted.
