Эффективность и безопасность препарата Авиандр® (маритупирдин) у пациентов с расстройствами адаптации: результаты многоцентрового наблюдательного пострегистрационного исследования

Аннотация

Актуальность. Расстройства адаптации (РА) широко распространены в психиатрической и общесоматической практике. Несмотря на высокую
потребность в фармакотерапии, доказательная база применения психотропных препаратов при РА остается ограниченной.

Цель исследования — оценить эффективность и безопасность препарата Авиандр® (маритупирдин) при тревожных состояниях в структуре РА
в условиях реальной клинической практики.

Материалы и методы. В рамках многоцентрового открытого наблюдательного пострегистрационного исследования 452 пациента с РА
получали маритупирдин (40 мг/сут) в течение 6 недель; период последующего наблюдения составил 2 недели. Эффективность оценивали
по структурированному интервью шкалы Гамильтона для оценки тревоги (SIGH-A), шкале оценки депрессии Монтгомери — Асберг (MADRS),
Монреальской шкале оценки когнитивных функций (MoCA) и визуально-аналоговой шкале (ВАШ) дневной сонливости.

Результаты. К 6-й неделе терапии медикаментозная ремиссия (SIGH-A ≤ 7) была достигнута у 72,35 % пациентов. Выраженное снижение
тревоги отмечалось уже к концу 1-й недели (редукция на 27 %). Зафиксировано сопоставимое уменьшение психической (75,13 %) и соматической (79,12 %) тревоги. Препарат показал высокую эффективность и благоприятный профиль безопасности у пациентов пожилого возраста
(≥ 65 лет), женщин в возрасте 40–50 лет (n = 70), а также у лиц с коморбидной соматической патологией. Общая частота нежелательных
явлений составила 5,88 %.

Заключение. Маритупирдин (Авиандр®) обладает быстрым началом действия, уменьшает соматические проявления тревоги и характеризуется
благоприятным профилем безопасности. Полученные данные позволяют рассматривать его как перспективный препарат для терапии РА, в том
числе у пожилых и людей с коморбидной соматической патологией.
