Анализ современных данных о применении технологий виртуальной реальности и бинауральных ритмов в терапии аффективных расстройств

Аннотация

Актуальность. В условиях роста распространенности психических расстройств, в том числе рекуррентного депрессивного и биполярного аффективного расстройств, особую значимость приобретает поиск инновационных, неинвазивных и доступных методов терапии. Технологии виртуальной реальности (VR) и бинауральные ритмы демонстрируют высокий потенциал для коррекции психоэмоционального состояния и когнитивных функций.

Цель — представление современных научных данных о применении технологий виртуальной реальности и бинауральных ритмов в терапии аффективных расстройств (рекуррентное депрессивное расстройство и биполярное аффективное расстройство).

Материалы и методы. Поиск релевантных публикаций проводили в электронных базах данных Google Scholar, PubMed и eLIBRARY.RU за период с 2021 по 2026 г. В итоговый анализ вошли 11 публикаций, наиболее точно отвечающих цели статьи и относящихся к проспективным исследованиям.

Результаты. VR-технологии способствуют снижению уровня стресса и тревоги, улучшению когнитивных показателей, стабилизации эмоционального состояния и профилактике рецидивов у пациентов с аффективными расстройствами. Бинауральные ритмы зарекомендовали себя как безопасный и доступный метод восстановительной терапии, способный улучшать когнитивные функции и качество жизни.

Выводы. VR-технологии и бинауральные ритмы служат перспективными дополнительными инструментами терапии аффективных расстройств. Для формирования научно обоснованных клинических рекомендаций необходимы дальнейшие крупномасштабные исследования с унифицированными протоколами, контролем долгосрочных эффектов и сравнительным анализом с другими методами лечения.
