О концепции тревожных расстройств на рабочем месте, ее теоретических основаниях и эмпирической проверке

Аннотация

Настоящий литературный обзор посвящен рассмотрению концепции тревожных расстройств на рабочем месте, предложенной немецкими авторами Б. Мушалла и М. Линденом. Актуальность этих разработок диктуется ростом числа случаев психического неблагополучия, связанных с профессиональной занятостью. Особую актуальность вопросы психического здоровья на рабочем месте приобрели в условиях пандемии COVID-19. Настоящая статья призвана решить следующие задачи: 1) представить характеристики рабочих мест, способные провоцировать тревогу; 2) изложить тезисы концепции тревоги и тревожных расстройств на рабочем месте; 3) представить диагностические критерии фобии рабочего места; 4) описать основные результаты клинико-психологических исследований этого феномена. На основе совокупности полученных результатов сформулирован ряд практических рекомендаций для диагностики и психотерапии тревожных расстройств на рабочем месте.
