Современные немедикаментозные и медикаментозные стратегии лечения шизофрении, направленные на повышение приверженности к терапии

Аннотация

Прогноз достижения стойкой ремиссии у пациентов с шизофренией во многом зависит от приверженности к терапии. В настоящее время в лечении пациентов с шизофренией все больше внимания уделяется роли психосоциальных вмешательств в комбинации с антипсихотической терапией, что позволяет уменьшить число повторных госпитализаций и улучшить социальное функционирование пациентов. В данной статье представлен нарративный обзор литературы на тему современных немедикаментозных и медикаментозных подходов к лечению, применяемых для повышения приверженности к терапии и предупреждения рецидивов. Дан краткий анализ психосоциальных интервенций, рекомендованных международными и отечественными клиническими руководствами для применения у пациентов с шизофренией, а также приведены результа- ты последних исследований их эффективности. Обсуждены немедикаментозные и медикаментозные стратегии, направленные на повышение приверженности пациентов с шизофренией к антипсихотической терапии и предотвращения рецидивов, в том числе при применении пролон- гированных инъекционных антипсихотиков второго поколения.
